What to Expect: Our 3-Stage Process
At Victoria Nguyen Tax Services, we believe in clarity, communication, and care at every step. Here's what you can expect when working with us:
🔹 Stage 1: Welcome & Intake
We’ll start with a welcome call to get to know you and your goals. During this initial interview, we’ll review your current situation, outline your tax needs, and map out a custom game plan.
You’ll then receive instructions to:

Upload your tax documents

Sign the engagement letter

Complete a brief tax organizer
This gives us the foundation we need to serve you efficiently and accurately.
🔹 Stage 2: Review & Strategy
Once your documents are submitted, we’ll begin our data review and analysis. A first deposit is required at this stage.
We’ll follow up with a call to go over any missing or unclear items and ensure we have everything needed to:

Maximize your credits and deductions

Ensure accuracy and compliance

Strategize for your unique financial picture
🔹 Stage 3: Finalization & E-File
After a thorough review, we’ll finalize your return and go over the results with you.
At this point, your final payment is due, and once approved, we’ll securely e-file your return.

While our office proudly serves high earners and clients with complex financial portfolios, we never forget our roots—or the challenges many single parents face. Each year, we donate 25 free simple tax returns (or offer deeply discounted services) to single parents in financial hardship.
We understand that even a small savings can go a long way—whether it's putting aside money for a deposit on an apartment, paying down debt, or simply treating your child to a well-deserved meal out. No questions asked. If there’s a spot available, it’s yours. Just let us know—we’re here to help, without judgment or red tape.
This initiative is personal. Having known incredible single moms who were doing their best through tough times, I believe that real change happens when we lift one another up. A little support, at the right time, can make all the difference.
